What this section does

Clocked Hours: every clock in and clock out across all staff for the selected period, with scheduled vs clocked hours side by side.
Jobs where clocked hours exceed scheduled by more than 30 minutes are flagged and feed the overtime queue.
Edit any clock record — changes cascade to the linked invoice, holiday accrual, mileage and payroll review flag, and every amendment is logged with who, when and why.
Missing Clocked Hours filter shows jobs where a staff member never clocked out.
Mileage: travel time and fuel allowance per staff member based on their daily job route, showing miles per leg, fuel at £0.45 per mile and travel time pay.
A missing or invalid postcode flags that leg in amber with zero pay impact. Fix the postcode inline and mileage recalculates immediately.
